Japanese technique, Vietnamese freshness
At the open bar of VietBowl Kaiserdamm, nigiri and sashimi of Scottish salmon and yellowfin tuna take shape alongside maki, inside-out and signature rolls. The technique is Japanese, the handwriting our own: Viet spicy mayo, a house ponzu-herb sauce, beetroot rice and flame-seared salmon. And because the sushi bar and the Vietnamese kitchen work under one roof, both come to the same table.

Yes. The sushi bar and the Vietnamese kitchen work under one roof and from one menu — rolls to share, bún chả from the charcoal grill and phở Hà Nội arrive at the same table.
