Grilled over charcoal

Meat and vegetables go over charcoal. The fire gives the flavours a depth a pan cannot reach — one of only two VietBowl kitchens with a charcoal grill of its own.

Stage & lounge

A stage of its own for music or speeches and a lounge to arrive in — room for up to 100 guests, with a menu built around the occasion. This house does not have a separate room.

Catering & private events

Vietnamese flavours, thoughtfully presented, for celebrations in our restaurant, at your office or at home. As finger food, sharing platters or a dinner together. Dishes from this restaurant's charcoal grill are available on request.

For groups of 10 or more, we plan an individual menu. For birthdays, company celebrations and weddings, we tailor the food, presentation and setting to your occasion.
